Terms of Service

Thrive (“the service”) is a workforce training and certification platform operated by Keyed Systems, LLC (keyedsystems.com). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Pilot program

The service is currently offered as a pilot. During the pilot, access is by invitation or access code, participation is free unless separately agreed in writing, and features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the product. We’ll give reasonable notice before changes that affect your training records.

2. Accounts & access codes

You’re responsible for keeping your password — and, if you registered without an email, your sign-in code — confidential. Access codes are provided by your organization for your own use; don’t share or resell them. Accounts must contain accurate information.

3. Your organization

If you join under an organization’s license, that organization’s administrators can see your training records (progress, scores, certifications) as described in our Privacy Policy, and your access follows the term of your organization’s license.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to break, probe, or overload it; no scraping or bulk-downloading content; no impersonating others; no completing training or assessments on someone else’s behalf.

5. Content & intellectual property

Training content is © Keyed Systems, LLC or its content licensors and is licensed to you for your own learning and your organization’s internal training use. It may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially outside the service. Derivative content is licensed for non-commercial use.

6. Certificates

Certificates document completion of training programs offered on the service at the stated performance bar. They are records of training completion — not government licensure, professional certification, or a guarantee of regulatory compliance.

7. Service “as is”

During the pilot the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyed Systems, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service; total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (during the free pilot, that means no monetary liability).

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the pilot evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: contact Keyed Systems through keyedsystems.com or your organization’s administrator.
